2 medium (4-1/2" long) Pepper, Banana
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.25 cup Panko

Recipe Directions for Roasted Artichoke and Peppers

  1. Toss all ingredients in a bowl

  2. Put ingredients in a baking disk

  3. Bake on 350' for 45m

  4. Turn up heat to 425'

  5. Bake 15 additional minutes
