Recipe Ingredients for Roast winter vegetables

3 turnips
2 carrots
1 onion
1 swede
3 potatoes
2 tsp sunflower oil
1 tsp curry powder
4 garlic cloves

Recipe Directions for Roast winter vegetables

  1. Peel and chop the vegetables into similar sized cubes. Parboil all except the garlic and onion for 10 min. Strain the water and shake the vegetables around and then add the oil and curry powder, add the onion and garlic.

  2. Roast in the over at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
