1 of a bulb raw Fennel
1 onion Yellow Onion
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
3 medium Carrots
1 cup Chicken Stock
5 fl oz Wine, Table, White
2 tbsp Butter
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Roast Vegtables

Chop all vegies in 1/2" cubes add to bottom of roaster pan with stock and wine and roast with chicken or beef.
