Cut fresh veggies are sprayed with oil, lightly seasoned and roasted in the oven.

Recipe Ingredients for Roast Vegetables

250 g Fresh Cut Mushrooms
250 g Fresh Cut Broccoli
250 g Fresh Cut Bell Peppers
250 g Fresh Cut Onions
250 g Fresh Cut Cauliflower
5 g Canola Oil Spray

Recipe Directions for Roast Vegetables

  1. Slice mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower florets in half

  2. Slice Onions into long thin wedges

  3. Slice Bel Pepper into large strips

  4. Preheat oven to 400

  5. Lightly spray nonstick cookie pans with oil

  6. Lay veggies cut side down in the pans with Broccoli, Cauliflower and Onions in one pan, and Mushrooms with the peppers in the other.

  7. Lightly spray tops of veggies with oil

  8. Season as desired

  9. Roast Broccoli etc 10-12mins

  10. Roast Mushrooms etc 7-8mins
