1 medium Onions
2 clove Garlic
1/4 cup slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
65 grams Waitrose Sweetcorn (no added sugar)
1 oz Sultanas
0.25 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat) Pork, Cured, Bacon
40 grams Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Roast vegetables with ginger

  1. Chop everything up

  2. Cook garlic, bacon, ginger and oil for 5 mins in advance

  3. Add other veg and cook for 45 mins
