Recipe Ingredients for Roast vegetables and cous cous

1 cup cous cous
1 tbsp butter
200 g carrots
200 g potatoes
200 g pumpkin
200 g beetroot
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Roast vegetables and cous cous

  1. Roast vegetables for 60 min at around 190-200C

  2. Add pumpkin a bit latter

  3. Add l cup of cous cous to 1 1/2 cups of water
