250 g cottage cheese
30 g reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 onions
1 peppers

Recipe Directions for Roast Vegetable Crustless Quiche

  1. Roast Vegetables before you start.

  2. Mix together cottage cheese and egg.

  3. Spray a pyrex dish with some spray oil and then put roasted vegetables in. Cover with cottage cheese and egg mixture.

  4. Grate reduced fat cheddar cheese and sprinkle on top of quiche. Cook in oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
