200 g Chopped Tomatoes
500 g Courgette
500 g Aubergine
1 Red Pepper
100 g Mushrooms
3 g Herbes de Provance

Recipe Directions for Roast Vegetable Bake

  1. Cube the veggies.

  2. Mix everything together.

  3. Cook in the oven at 180C for 30 minutes.

  4. Put some herbs over the top if you like.
