Roast turkey with gravy and cranberry sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Roast turkey with gravy

1 kg Turkey breast
200 g cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon oil
25 g flour
25 ml oil
50 g beef stock

Recipe Directions for Roast turkey with gravy

  1. Pre heat oven

  2. place turkey in an oven tray and drizzle with oil

  3. cook until tender

  4. remove from the tray and allow to rest

  5. add flour to the cooking juices and cook until lightly browned then add the stock gradually stiring briskly allow to simmer gently until required
