Made from leftovers of a Roasted Turkey

Recipe Ingredients for Roast Turkey Chili

5 cups Turkey
3 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Garlic
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
10 oz Mushrooms, canned
2 cups celery
28 oz Tomato, diced
19 oz Chick Peas
14 oz Kidney beans
2 tsp Cumin
3 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Roast Turkey Chili

  1. Simmer Garlic in Olive Oil. Add Mushrooms. Simmer.

  2. Add Chicken Broth to deglaze.

  3. Add Remaining ingredients and allow to simmer for a couple hours. veggies should be cooked and everthing should smell lovely :)
