Recipe Ingredients for roast squash medley

2 cups summer squash
1 medium zucchini
2 tablespoons canola oil

Recipe Directions for roast squash medley

  1. dice favorite sqaushes in to bite size cubes or half moons toss with oil and italian seasoning or other spices.

  2. any squashes will work, though summer work better than winter.

  3. spread evenly on well oiled cookie sheet

  4. roast at 425 for 10 - 20 minutes depending on sizes until pieces are carmelized adn smell great.

  5. make sure to toss around once or twice during cooking so will brown evenly.
