Recipe Ingredients for roast potatoes

2 large potato
1 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for roast potatoes

  1. heat oven to 375 degrees f

  2. cut potato into wedges. A large potato can make 10 to 12 wedges

  3. toss in olive oil and salt

  4. arrange in a baking pan - i use a tinfoil pan

  5. bake for an hour or until potatoes are crispy

  6. serve immediately
