Recipe Ingredients for roast potatoes

1 1/2 kgs potatoes
2 tbs olive oil
1 pinch salt, garlic

Recipe Directions for roast potatoes

  1. Peel and wash potatoes and cut into large halves or quarters and lightly boil for 10 minutes

  2. put olive oil into baking try and add boiled potatoes and garlic and pinch of salt and toss around often until crisp and golden and soft in middle.
