1 lb pork tenderloin
2 medium white potatoes
1 medium sweet potato
1 tbsp butter
8 oz mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 tbsp dijon mustard

  1. Meat and vegetables in pan and cook 20 minutes

  2. Mix remaining ingredients until thick and pour over vegetable, cook another 10 minutes.
