Roast Pork in Red Pepper Jelly Sauce, improvised with pork chops versus 3 lb pork loin roast, and Polaner All-Fruit Strawberry & crushed red pepper & finely minced sweet red pepper versus red pepper jelly, and additional teriyaki sauce versus all soy sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Roast Pork in Red Pepper Jelly Sauce

3.23 lb pork loin chops
2.89 lb red potatoes, cubed
0.87 lb onion, sliced into rings
0.67 cup chopped sweet red pepper, mostly slivered & a little finely minced
0.67 cup Polaner All-fruit Strawberry Spread
2 g g Soy Sauce [149773] serving
1 tbs teriyaki sauce
2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Roast Pork in Red Pepper Jelly Sauce

  1. Place cubed potatoes in crock pot.

  2. Layer pork chops on top.

  3. Mix strawberry all-fruit, crushed red pepper, finely minced sweet red pepper, soy & teriyaki sauces, ground ginger, garlic salt, black pepper, in a bowl.

  4. Spread sauce mixture over pork chops.

  5. Spread onion rings and red pepper slivers on top.

  6. Cook LOW 6-8 hours, or HIGH 3-4 hours.
