Change the pasta for 500g of fresh gnocchi (has equal calories)

Recipe Ingredients for roast pepper+tomato gnocchi

1 lb tomatoes
2 red peppers
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
250 g pasta
1 oz feta cheese

Recipe Directions for roast pepper+tomato gnocchi

  1. chop up tomato and peppers

  2. place into a baking dish in oven, adding garlic (keep in skins). temp = 180 degrees

  3. once softened (about 20 mins), take out of oven, adding herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Take garlic out of skins

  4. Blitz above until it makes a rough sauce.

  5. Cook gnocchi according to instructions

  6. add to sauce, and serve!
