Roast chicken for dinner or have cold for lunch with salad

Recipe Ingredients for Roast Chicken

1 cup chicken, breast meat only, roasted
1/2 tbs garlic
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp coriander

Recipe Directions for Roast Chicken

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180

  2. Cut garlic into chunks and score chicken and insert garlic through skin (can also use ginger)

  3. Mix sweet paprika, parsley and coriander and sprinkle over chicken

  4. Cook 45-60mins depending on size of chicken

  5. Ensure juice runs clear prior to serving
