Left over rump roast, gravy & mashed potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Roast Beef Shepherds Pie

1 lb ground beef, 90% lean, cooked & drained
1/4 onion, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
2 carrots, diced
1 T olive oil
1 garlic clove, mince
1 c gravy
2 c mashed potatoes
2 oz. cheddar cheese
1 c. frozen peas

Recipe Directions for Roast Beef Shepherds Pie

  1. Cook onion, celery & carrots in olive oil until beginning to become tender. Add garlic and cook a minute more. Combine mushrooms, beef, gravy and peas. Place in casserole dish. Top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.

  2. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.
