Recipe Ingredients for Roast Beef Pita with Carmelized Onions

4 tbsp chopped Onions
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
2 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Bread, Pita, Whole-wheat
2 oz Feta Cheese
2 oz Luncheon Meat, Beef, Thin Sliced
0.5 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Roast Beef Pita with Carmelized Onions

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and sugar and saute until brown and tender, stirring frequently, about 10 minutes. Add vinegar and cook for 1 minute more. Fill pita with roast beef, spinach, feta cheese and top with onion mixture.
