Recipe Ingredients for Roast Beef Gyro

3 oz roast beef
1 tbsp Dip, Tzatziki Yogurt & Cucumber
1/2 tomato, roma, chopped
1 Greek Pita Flatbread
1/8 cup spinach
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
1 white button mushroom, chopped
1 tsp pepper, Serrano (salsa)
1 tsp feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Roast Beef Gyro

  1. Heat Flat Bread in oven to soften for rolling

  2. Add roast beef to middle of flat bread

  3. Add tomatoes, celery, spinach, mushroom, salsa, feta

  4. Drizzle Yogurt

  5. Wrap and Roll

  6. Eat
