0.75 cup Cheese
2 tbsp Horseradish, Prepared
2 tbs Reduced Fat With Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 clove Garlic
2 cup shredded Napa Cabbage
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
3 serving smart and delicious tortilla
8 oz Luncheon Meat, Beef, Thin Sliced

Recipe Directions for Roast Beef and Blue cheese roll ups

  1. combine blue cheese, horseradish, mayo, and 1/4 tsp pepper. In a medium bowl, mix 1 Tbsp cheese mixture, vinegar, honey, and garlic. Add cabbage, basil, and rest of the black pepper.

  2. warm the tortillas according to package directions. Spread the remaining cheese mixture evenly over tortillas. Divide cabbage mixture and beef evenly between tortillas; roll up. Cut each rolled tortilla in half crosswise.
