Parmesan Hash Browns (Bakes better if made ahead of time and letting it rest in refrigerator for 4-6 hours)

Recipe Ingredients for Roadside Potatoes

4 cups shredded hash browns
1/2 cup butter
1 pint Half & Half
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Roadside Potatoes

  1. Spray 9x13 glass baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Layer frozen hash browns and shredded Parmesan Cheese in pan.

  3. Add Half & Half, butter and seasonings to sauce pan and slowly heat until butter is melted.

  4. Pour over hash browns and bake for 1 hour or until browned in a 325 degree oven.
