Recipe Ingredients for rizo'squick and hearty veggi soup

1 large onion
3 carrots chopped
1/2 cup celery
10 cups water
2 tbsp chicken boullion
1 tbsp thyme
4 cups baby spinach
1 cup baby bok choy
1/2 cup brown rice

Recipe Directions for rizo'squick and hearty veggi soup

  1. in a large pot pour 12 cups of water bring to a boil

  2. add 1/4 cup of chicken boullion,garlic powder,and thyme, and onions, cover for 5 minutes

  3. add carrots,celery,green beans,and diced tomatoes, cover and cook for 15 minutes

  4. poke carrots with a fork to see if theyre cooked

  5. then add yellow squash and zucchini

  6. cover until zucchini is done and serve
