Recipe Ingredients for Riu Granola

4 cups oats
1 cup peanuts
1 cup sliced almonds
2 cups Fiber One
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp canola oil
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Riu Granola

Bring oil through salt to boil, pour over all other ingredients and bake at 200 for 60 minutes
