1 large Onions
16 oz Asparagus
1 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1/4 lb) Eggplant
397 3/5 grams Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added

  1. Bake Squash.

  2. Fry vegetables in olive oil.

  3. Add tomatoes, garlic, sauce.

  4. Cook 10 minutes.
