Recipe Ingredients for Rita's Ham Balls

1 lb ham (ground)
1 lb ground pork
2 eggs
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/3 cup water
1 tsp dry mustard

Recipe Directions for Rita's Ham Balls

  1. Mix all ingredients up to brown sugar

  2. Preheat oven to 350

  3. Form into balls and place in greased 9x13 pan

  4. Make sauce using remainder of ingredients.

  5. Pour over balls

  6. Cover with aluminum foil

  7. Bake 50 minutes

  8. Uncover and flip balls

  9. Bake an additional 25 minutes
