1/2 c maple syrup
1/3 c canola oil
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
4 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 c walnuts

stir together, place on flat pan and bake at 275 for 30 min mix, bake for 15 more min
