Chicken, Sausage and Broccoli Risotto

Recipe Ingredients for Risotto

16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
2 cup Arborio Rice
20 oz Organic Spinach and Feta Chicken Sausage
3 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.5 medium Onions
48 oz Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Risotto

  1. Saute onions in oil

  2. Add 2 cups Arborio rice

  3. Add 1/3 of the chicken broth at a time, until absorbed.

  4. Boil chicken and cut to bite sized pieces. Add when ready.

  5. Cook sausage and cut to bite sized pieces. Add when ready.

  6. Cut broccoli and add with the last 1/3 of chicken broth.
