115 g arborio rice
35 g buckwheat
2 tsp oil
1 courgette
1 onion
6 mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Risotto with Buckwheat

  1. Gently fry the rice and buckwheat for 5 inutes - stirring.

  2. Add 1.5 pints of hot water (or stock) and continue to stir for 15 minutes.

  3. Add the veggies (chopped) and stir for a further 5 minutes.
