Base for risotto then add in other bits

Recipe Ingredients for Risotto base

2 cups arborio rice
1 cup white wine
1 medium onion
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic

Recipe Directions for Risotto base

cook onion and garlic in 2 tsbp of oil, stir in rice and cook for 1 minute. add 1/2 cup wine and wait until rice absorbs, slowly add cups of vege stock until done. Takes about 40 mins
