1 clove Garlic
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp chopped Onions
75 grams Cabbage, Cooked
12.5 grams Pecorino Romano Italian Cheese
90 grams Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 fl oz Milk

Recipe Directions for Riso al radicchio

Place oil, garlic and onions in a pan with red cabbage. Allow for a few minutes. Add grated pecorino cheese. Add water allow to cook for 10 mins. Add rice and keep adding water till cooked.
