Directions: Sauté beef, salt, pepper and onions until cooked but not brown. Drain if necessary. Add tomato sauce, cook until thick. Mix macaroni, cottage cheese, sour cream and garlic powder in bowl Layer in casserole starting with macaroni. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parmesan Bake at 350 for about an hour

8 oz Elbows Dry
15 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat
15 oz Light Sour Cream
