1 pound lean ground beef
4 oz of shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Ripe Plaintain Casserole

  1. boil plantains with their skin on for about 14 mins.

  2. Pull the skins off the plantains.

  3. Mash plantains.

  4. Spray casserole with cooking spray.

  5. Place a layer of plantains, then a layer of cooked ground beef, layer with shredded cheddar cheese.

  6. Bake at 325 for 30 mins.
