Recipe Ingredients for Rio's Homemade Clam Chowder!!

2 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
2 cup, diced Celery
4 tbsp ICBINB! Light (Soft)
1/4 cup Wondra Flour
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
1 serving Sea Salt
1 tsp Peppercorns
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
0.5 tsp Celery Seed
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
16 serving Snow's Clam Juice
6.5 oz Clams Clams
6.5 oz Clams
4 serving So Delicious Coconut Milk Unsweetened
3 tbsp Corn Starch
4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Rio's Homemade Clam Chowder!!

Saute chopped onion and celery with ICBINB until translucent. Sprinkle with flour; mix in. Poor in coconut milk and stir well. Add in all spices, clam juice and clams; stir well. Cube the potatoes and add them into the chowder; stir well. Boil for 20 minutes until potatoes are tender. Mix corn starch with 1/2 c. cold water and stir until blended. Add to chowder and simmer until thick and rich.
