Recipe Ingredients for Rio Grande chili

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
16 oz raw 90% Lean Ground Sirloin
28 oz Kidney Beans Dark Red
1 can (12 oz) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
3 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Paprika
14 oz Diced Tomatoes
6 oz Tomato Paste
0.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Rio Grande chili

  1. brown onion& garlic in oil.

  2. Add ground beef and brown.

  3. add spices, tomatos, tomato paste and 1/2 cup bean liquid.

  4. Simmer 30 min.

  5. Add beand and corn. S

  6. Simmer 15 min.
