Recipe Ingredients for Rink family ham and cheese croissants

3 cups warm water
1/2 cup sugar
6 T oil
1 tsp salt
2 T yeast (quick rise)
2 eggs
7 cups flour
4 T melted butter
450 g cheese
300 g ham

Recipe Directions for Rink family ham and cheese croissants

  1. dough: mix first 4 ingredients, add yeast and mix, add 2 beaten eggs and flour

  2. punch down 3 times lease 15 min for each leavening

  3. roll out a pich of dough (diameter 12-14 inches roughly) on a lightly floured surface

  4. brush melted butter, cut into 8 wedges, sprinkle shredded cheese and diced ham, roll into crescent shape and bake in 350F oven for 15-20min
