My own personal spin on the recipe from Tastes of Italia (I added broccolini and ricotta, and use less butter)

Recipe Ingredients for Rigatoni with White Anchovies and Broccolini

16 oz Rigatoni Dry
4 tbsp Butter
0.25 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1.5 oz Anchovies
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
5 clove Garlic
2 cup Broccoli Florets

Recipe Directions for Rigatoni with White Anchovies and Broccolini

Steam broccolini. Melt butter, then add chopped parsley, minced garlic, black pepper, and chopped anchovies. Cook Rigatoni. Add Rigatoni and broccolini to butter. Gently stir. Add ricotta and parmesan, and stir until evenly combined.
