If I ride a stationary bike every day, will it become ineffective?

I ride a stationary bike 25-60 minutes nearly every day (I go to 60 minutes when I've eaten above my usual caloric intake). According to the website, the rate I ride at (15.5 mph) for 60 minutes burns 731 calories. If I continue riding the bike as my exercise, will it become ineffective in weight loss?
