Pizza made using basic crust, standard spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese, basil & fresh tomatoes. We do not use mozzarella, but feel free to add!

Recipe Ingredients for Ricotta Margherita Pizza

1 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.33 cup Sauce, Pasta, Spaghetti/marinara, Ready-to-serve
1/2 cup Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
2 3/10 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Ricotta Margherita Pizza

  1. Prepare crust according to instructions on yeast packet

  2. Spread on thin layer of spaghetti sauce

  3. Add about 1/4-in thick layer of ricotta on top of spaghetti sauce

  4. Top with thinly sliced tomatoes and shredded fresh basil

  5. Bake for 12 minutes at 450 degrees
