Note: this is a work in progress, this was ok, but it needs some tweaks -- make sure you thoroughly drain and squeeze dry the spinach. If you make a mistake while preparing this, it will be Ricotta Frittata Errata. If you improvise a lyrical choral piece about this recipe, and perform that song at a yacht race, it would be a Regatta Ricotta Frittata Toccata Cantata.

Recipe Ingredients for Ricotta Frittata

1 cup Egg Whites
1 cup Salsa
8 oz. Canned Spinach
4 oz. Ricotta Cheese

Recipe Directions for Ricotta Frittata

  1. Throw all ingredients into a baking dish

  2. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until eggs are set.
