8 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
12 oz Spinach
8 oz Mushrooms
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for Ricotta Filling w/spinach and mushrooms

Mince veggies and saute until limp in olive oil and mix with two packages of Ricotta and 1/4 cup of Parmesan.
