Recipe Ingredients for Ricotta Cappuccino

15 ounces nonfat ricotta cheese
1 cup light whipping cream, whipped
1 tsp vanilla extract
12 servings sweet'n low
1/2 tbsp instant coffee
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cocoa powder

Recipe Directions for Ricotta Cappuccino

  1. Whip the light whipping cream until light and fluffy.

  2. Blend ricotta cheese, vanilla, sweet 'n low, and instant coffee. Fold in whipped cream.
