Based on Pajeon (Korean seafood pancake). Makes for a great breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients for Ricky's Pajeon

2 whole eggs, beaten
4 tbsp white flour
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup fat free milk
1 tsp sesame oil
3 oz imitation crab meat
1/2 cup spinach
3 oz Feta Cheese

Recipe Directions for Ricky's Pajeon

Mix all ingredients together and pour into large frying pan sprayed with no calorie PAM. Cook on medium - medium high heat until it is more or less solid. Flip over (I used a pot lid to help) . Cook for 2-3 more minutes. To serve, slice into strips with a pizza cutter.
