Recipe Ingredients for Rick's Morning Oatmeal

50 grams Oats, Rolled, Thick
250 grams Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
25 grams Almonds
11 grams Dried Cranberries and Apples
14 grams Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Rick's Morning Oatmeal

  1. Put a small skillet over medium heat.

  2. Put a saucepan on scale and tare it.

  3. Pour 250g milk into saucepan, pour 50g dried oatmeal into milk, put over low heat.

  4. Put bowl onto scale, pour 25g of almonds into bowl.

  5. Chop almonds on cutting board.

  6. Put almonds in skillet and toast for 2-3 min then pour into bowl.

  7. Put 11g (1 TBSPN) cranberries into bowl.

  8. Put 14g (1 TBSPN) brown sugar into bowl.

  9. Once oatmeal is to desired thickness/consistency (do not boil), pour into bowl.

  10. Stir and eat.
