Recipe Ingredients for Rick Omelet

3 eggs
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 small tomato
1/4 cup mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Rick Omelet

  1. Chop onions, tomatoes and mushrooms.

  2. Break eggs into bowl and stir

  3. Heat oil in pan.

  4. Cook onions and tomatoes until soft. Add mushroom

  5. Remove from pan.

  6. Cook eggs until firm, then add vegetables

  7. Fold omelet once and serve
