Recipe Ingredients for Richelle's Hearty Spaghetti Sauce

32 oz Spaghetti Sauce Garlic and Herb
32 oz Spaghetti Sauce Chunky Vegetable
16 oz Stewed Tomatoes
4 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Patty
4 oz Hot Italian Sausage
4 serving Sliced Black Olives
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 medium Carrots
0.5 medium raw Onion Yellow
1 cup, diced Mushrooms, Portabella
3 oz Original Pepperoni
3 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
3 serving Pure Cane Sugar

Recipe Directions for Richelle's Hearty Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Brown hamburger, sausage and drain off fat.

  2. Add chopped onions, green peppers, carrots, stewed tomatoes, Hunts spaghetti sauces, and cook til vegetables are tender.

  3. Add sugar, flax seed, pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms, and simmer.

  4. Add Italian seasonings to taste. Just before serving, add spinach and allow to wilt.

  5. (Can add fresh garlic when adding mushrooms).

  6. Serve about 2/3 cup over pasta of choice or sauteed broccoli (for lower calories).

  7. Freeze off in bags for fast and easy thaw dinners.
