Canned salmon mixed with saltines and egg combines to make a moist yummy loaf. Serve with a mixture of equal parts catsup and worcestershire sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Richard's Salmon Loaf

29 1/2 oz Pink Salmon
1 cup saltine crackers (crushed)
2/3 cup milk
1 whole egg (beaten)
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 T. onion flakes

Recipe Directions for Richard's Salmon Loaf

  1. Mix Salmon with juice together with cracker crumbs, milk egg, salt, pepper and onion flakes.

  2. Pam or lightly oil your loaf pan.

  3. Press mixture down in pan with fork.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes or more at 400 degrees or until brown.
