Recipe Ingredients for Rich, Simple Breakfast

1/2 whole wheat english muffin
1 tbsp. light mayonaise
1 slice fat free american cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Rich, Simple Breakfast

  1. Toast one half of a whole wheat english muffin.

  2. Fry one large egg in a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil (only about a half teaspoon will stick the the egg when you eat it).

  3. Smear one tablespoon of light mayo on english muffin and lay cheese slice on top.

  4. Lay fried egg over cheese so that it melts.

  5. Eat with a fork and knife and enjoy!
