Fast and easy veggie and rice meal with a tasty sauce!

Recipe Ingredients for Rice & Veggies - w/Sauce No Meat

2 cup Success Brown Rice
12 oz Mixed Vegetables
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 1/2 tbsp Sauce, Teriyaki, Ready-to-serve
1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Spices Dehydrated Chopped Onion

Recipe Directions for Rice & Veggies - w/Sauce No Meat

  1. Boil and drain rice

  2. Heat veggies & 1c water in a pot on med-low heat

  3. Combine oil, onions, garlic, teriyaki and soy sauces in a pan on medium heat stirring thoroughly for 3min

  4. Put veggies in with sauce and stir together on low heat for 5mins

  5. Put rice in bowl and top with veggies and enjoy!
