Recipe Ingredients for Rice and Veggies Rissotto .5 cup servings

3 cups white rice
2 zucchini
3 cups plum tomato
1/5 head cabbage
4 large carrots
1/2 cup parsley
2 cans chicken broth
3 medium onions
1 cup okra
6 tbs olive oil
7 cloves garlic
1 roasted pepper

Recipe Directions for Rice and Veggies Rissotto .5 cup servings

sautee garlic oil, then add carrots, zucchini, cabbage, okra, cook, water when needed. Season with a couple bay leaves, some parsley, basil, other spices, adobo. add the tomatos and broth, and then the rice, some water. Then go take a shower while it cooks... i guess once you add the rice it's around half an hour... but i kinda was cutting all the veggies as i put them in, after the onion and garlic, which i added water to and cooked while covered so i wouldn't burn it, but the point is that the veggies cooked for a while before... and then when i moved it to a new pot because there was too much stuff i had to add more oil, & i forgot to add parmesean. but it's still yummy. and since i didn't stir it much because i was preoccupied the veggies are still whole, which looks pretty.
